Andrea Pachner

Vice President of People

Andrea has been a member of the Herd since 2010 but has been in the industry for much longer. With more than a decade of experience in the construction industry, Andrea brings a wealth of knowledge to the team as our Director of People.

As a native of Columbus, OH, it’s no surprise she’s a Buckeye fan with a degree from Ohio State University. She now lives in Louisville, KY, and when she’s away from the Herd, she enjoys reading, traveling, and running—hoping to someday complete her first marathon.
