At Buffalo Construction, Kevin plays a crucial role in teammate development, recruiting, and operations. As a liaison for performance feedback, he works closely with Team Leads and Leadership, offering coaching advice and support. His expertise in identifying learning and development needs has fostered the overall growth of the team, aligning with the company's vision for the future.

Throughout his tenure at BCI, Kevin's journey has been nothing short of remarkable. Starting as a Senior Project Manager, he pioneered the development of project engineer roles within the company, showcasing his leadership and innovative spirit. Now, as the maestro of teammate development, Kevin is not just shaping careers but fostering a thriving buffalo community, one teammate at a time.

When he's not busy with the buffalo herd, Kevin is a sports enthusiast, especially passionate about football – both college and NFL. As one of the biggest Alabama football fans, his office is adorned with Crimson Tide memorabilia, proudly proclaiming "ROLL TIDE!" An avid watcher of NFL football, he cheers for the Eagles.

In the summer, you'll find Kevin out on the boat with his wife, Jeannie, of 26 years and his two kiddos. His weekends are either dedicated to checking off the honey-do list or cruising on the boat, living his best life.
