Sierra Baumle

Marketing Director

Sierra is a talented, creative problem-solver who holds a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Louisville. She joined the Herd with extensive experience in marketing, branding, and project management. She began her career in the mortgage industry but was seeking more challenges. Now, she specializes and excels in marketing in the construction industry. In her time here at BCI, she has helped build, improve, and push the envelope for our brand in ways that help us stand out across the country. We're happy to have such a strategic thinker with an ever-curious mind leading our marketing department!

Sierra was born and raised right here in Roman's backyard — Louisville, Kentucky! She still lives in Louisville with her boyfriend, Cody. She is a huge foodie that loves to cook — she rarely cooks the same dish twice. She also enjoys dining at new, local restaurants as well as some of her favorite tried-and-true spots! She also loves to travel and tries to take an overseas trip each year to explore different cuisines and cultures. When she is not traveling or trying new foods you will find her on her back porch by the fire cozied up with her dog and a good glass of wine.

Fun Fact: Sierra always checks Yelp reviews before she dines at a new restaurant. (Anything under a 4.7 is not worthy of her esteemed palette!)
