TJ Cole

TJ likes to say “Good enough isn’t good enough,” which is precisely the type of mentality we look for in Project Superintendents. TJ graduated with a Bachelor’s in Construction Management from Murray State. He is a go-getter and is eager to learn. He truly embodies our Core Value of Continuous Improvement by staying hungry and raising the bar.

TJ was raised in St. Louis, MO but discovered his love of Kentucky when attending University in the Bluegrass State. TJ enjoys exploring the greater pastures and does so with his beloved beagle, Baxter. Together, they explore the many great states while TJ travels as a Project Superintendent.
