Danielle, or Dani, as her friends call her, was born and raised in Louisville, Ky. She attended the University of Louisville for nursing, but today she’s not tending to patients, she’s helping our customers get the very best attention in the industry. Dani has worked on a host of restaurant concepts, including Texas Roadhouse, BJ’s Restaurant, Jason’s Deli, Panera Bread, Panda Express and so many more.
Dani has one human child, and one “fur child.” She and her children love to explore Kentucky’s parks, whether it’s by hiking, camping or boating. If she’s not in a park, you might find her cheering on Louisville sports or her favorite band. An avid painter, Dani also enjoys painting and participating in local festivals. While she’s happy with her role at the Herd, she still has a dream of someday becoming a microbiologist for the Center for Disease Control.
