Dawn Starcher

If you’re trying to recall something about the company’s history, you should ask Dawn. She’s our second longest tenured member of Team Buffalo, having started in 1997. We’re proud she’s still putting up with us as our Teammate Resource Manager.

Dawn was born and raised in Louisville, Ky., where she still lives today with her husband and two daughters. She graduated from Sullivan University. When not with the Herd, Dawn enjoys going to the pool, watching NASCAR and spending time with her family.
