Ashley Mistelske

Project Engineer

Ashley Mistelske brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to Buffalo Construction as a Project Engineer. With a background spanning construction project management, logistics, operations, and customer success leadership, Ashley has built a career around keeping moving parts organized and people connected. From managing multimillion-dollar project portfolios and nationwide construction rollouts to streamlining processes and improving customer experiences, she thrives in fast-paced environments where precision and communication matter most.

Known for her analytical mindset and strong follow-through, Ashley is the kind of teammate who likes to have a solid plan, ask the right questions, and make sure every detail is covered before moving forward — which fits right in with Buffalo’s commitment to doing things the right way. Her experience leading cross-functional teams, coordinating vendors and logistics, and managing hundreds of projects at a time gives her a unique perspective that helps both people and projects thrive. Add in her growing list of certifications (including Procore, Bluebeam, OSHA, and CAPM in progress), and it’s safe to say continuous improvement is more than just a Buffalo core value for Ashley — it’s part of her DNA.

Outside of work, Ashley stays busy exploring the outdoors, traveling, and making memories with her twin girls at their sporting events. Whether she’s kayaking, hiking, riding motorcycles with her parents’ riding group, or taking her annual solo trip to Oregon, she’s always looking for the next adventure. She’s also a self-proclaimed fan of trying new restaurants and coffee shops (preferably with an Alani in hand), and if she could pick any superpower, it’d be flying — mostly so she could travel the world even faster. Bonus points if the destination is Hawaii and the snacks involve pickles.
