Project Superintendent

Billy Stiles brings more than 30 years of general contracting and commercial construction management experience to the Buffalo herd—and his project résumé covers some serious ground. As a Project Superintendent, Billy has worked across hospitality, healthcare, financial, education, retail, restaurant, multi-family, and other commercial markets, handling everything from ground-up construction to renovations and upfits. His experience includes hotels, medical facilities, banks, restaurants, retail spaces, airport renovations, and mixed-use developments across the country. A U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Combat Engineer veteran, Billy also holds credentials including OSHA 30-Hour, Procore certification, and an ICC Class-A General Contractor license. In short: he knows how to build, plan ahead, and get the job done right.

Originally from Washington, NC, Billy and his wife have six kids, four grandkids, and three German Shepherds—so managing a busy jobsite might actually be the quiet part of his day. When he’s not building, Billy is usually fishing, riding motorcycles, hiking, or peak bagging. The mountains are his happy place, and if there’s a summit nearby, chances are he’s already thinking about how to get there. Add in some Pittsburgh Steelers football and a playlist that jumps from Chris Stapleton to Metallica, and Billy is right at home.
