Brendan Embry

Project Engineer

Brendan Embry brings a strong field-first mindset and a detail-oriented approach to Buffalo Construction as a Project Engineer. With more than eight years of hands-on construction experience, Brendan has built a reputation for keeping projects organized, teams productive, and schedules moving forward. From leading residential construction efforts and coordinating multiple active job sites to troubleshooting field challenges and maintaining strong communication with trade partners, Brendan thrives in the fast-paced environment that construction demands.

Known for his analytical thinking and methodical work style, Brendan is someone teammates can count on to stay focused, solve problems, and keep projects on track. His background in electrical work, field leadership, and project management gives him a well-rounded perspective that helps support both the people and process side of construction. Whether he’s diving into schedules, resolving issues in the field, or ensuring quality standards are met, Brendan approaches every task with precision and accountability — very much in line with Buffalo’s commitment to doing things the right way, no matter what.

Outside of work, Brendan enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing, and heading to the lake whenever he gets the chance. A proud Kentucky Wildcats fan (with a little Buffalo Bills and Chicago Cubs loyalty mixed in), he’s happiest outdoors or planning his dream getaway to Greece or the Dominican Republic. Fun fact: if Brendan could have any superpower, he’d choose cloning himself… which honestly makes sense considering how much he gets done in a day. And if you happen to spot Oreos around the office, you already know who probably brought them.
