Carter Sturgeon brings curiosity, discipline, and a thoughtful approach to Buffalo Construction as a Project Engineer. While earning his degree in Business Economics with a minor in Management, Carter developed a reputation for balancing demanding responsibilities without losing sight of the details. He enjoys understanding how projects come together, asking questions, and learning from those around him, believing that every project is an opportunity to become a better builder. His steady work ethic and genuine desire to grow make him a valuable addition to the Herd.

Outside of work, Carter enjoys rebuilding cars, hunting, fishing, boating, and following Formula 1 racing. Family has always been one of his greatest influences, and his faith continues to guide the way he approaches both life and work. Whether he's solving a problem on a project or in the garage, Carter enjoys figuring out how things work and finding ways to make them even better.
