Charlie is a natural connector who brings positivity, teamwork, and a collaborative spirit to Buffalo Construction. A Louisville native and University of Kentucky graduate, Charlie’s background in communication makes him especially skilled at finding common ground, supporting teammates, and helping projects run smoothly behind the scenes. He’s known for his ability to get along with just about anyone—and for making sure wins are celebrated together.

Outside of work, Charlie is a big movie buff (nearly 800 films watched and counting), a gamer who’s built his own computers from scratch, and a devoted pet parent to his dog, Luna. Whether he’s sipping black coffee, cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats and Denver Broncos, or quoting The Office, Charlie brings heart, humor, and a team-first mindset that fits perfectly with the Buffalo Construction culture.
