Curtis Rowan has spent more than 25 years building more than projects—he’s built teams, businesses, client relationships, and plenty of solutions along the way. As a Project Manager at Buffalo Construction, Curtis brings deep experience in commercial and residential construction, operations, estimating, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, business development, and team leadership. He’s a big-picture thinker who isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves, challenge the status quo, and find a better way forward when a project throws a curveball. That mix of resourcefulness, accountability, and hands-on leadership fits right in with Buffalo’s commitment to continually raising the bar.

Curtis calls Fort Mill, SC, home with his wife and enjoys spending as much time as possible with their two daughters, son, and three granddaughters. When he’s off the clock, you’ll probably find him golfing, hunting, working on his land, or dreaming up the next project—one of which happens to be building a wedding venue on his property. He’s also a dedicated Ohio State fan, proving that even after decades of construction, he still has plenty of room in his schedule for a little friendly competition.
