Harold Temple
Project Superintendent
Harold Temple brings more than 30 years of construction experience — and plenty of personality — to Buffalo Construction as a Project Superintendent. From ground-up Wawa stores and Starbucks locations to Love’s Travel Stops and restaurant builds, Harold has spent decades leading projects with a hands-on approach that keeps jobs moving, teams connected, and schedules on track. Known for his ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and project teams alike, Harold thrives in the fast-paced world of commercial construction where communication, leadership, and follow-through matter most.
A natural motivator with a “let’s get it done” mentality, Harold combines big-picture leadership with practical field experience to keep projects running smoothly and safely. Whether he’s coordinating multiple trades, conducting quality inspections, or navigating tight deadlines, he brings energy, adaptability, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results. His background managing everything from restaurant builds to fuel stations and travel centers fits right in with Buffalo’s mission of building relationships where both people and projects thrive.
Outside of work, Harold proudly reps his Pittsburgh roots — cheering on the Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates whenever he gets the chance. When he’s not on a jobsite, you can usually find him riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle or dreaming about his next trip to Italy. And if superpowers were on the table, Harold wouldn’t waste time choosing flight or invisibility — he’d go straight for super strength. Honestly, after 30 years in construction, he may already be halfway there.
