Jason is a results-driven Superintendent with more than 30 years of experience across nearly every construction trade. Known as a true problem-solver, Jason brings a bold, proactive approach to the jobsite and thrives in fast-paced environments where adaptability and decisiveness matter most. His leadership style blends technical expertise with a strong sense of ownership, ensuring projects stay on schedule, on budget, and built to last.

When he’s not leading crews in the field, Jason enjoys being outdoors—usually hunting or fishing—and cheering on his favorite Dallas sports teams. A firm believer that “nothing is impossible,” Jason continues to push boundaries, take on new challenges, and build projects with the same determination he brings to life outside of work.
