With a strong background in facilities management, preventive maintenance, team development, and process improvement, John is known for his dependable approach and commitment to doing things the right way. His focus on quality, accountability, and supporting those around him aligns perfectly with Buffalo’s mission of building relationships where both people and projects thrive.

Known for his people-first mindset and steady leadership style, John believes strong teams are built on trust, transparency, and consistency. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on Nolin Lake, traveling, gardening, landscaping, and making memories with his children and grandchildren. A proud Louisville native and Kentucky Wildcats fan, John dreams of exploring Europe someday but is just as happy enjoying Kentucky’s great outdoors. His go-to late-night snack is Chex Mix, and if he could choose any superpower, he’d pick flight—because getting from Louisville to Europe would be a lot faster without layovers.
