Kathryn Bell

Project Manager

Kathryn Bell brings a steady hand, sharp attention to detail, and a “let’s get it done right the first time” mentality to Buffalo Construction as a Project Manager. With experience leading multimillion-dollar construction, infrastructure, and theming projects, Kathryn thrives in the fast-paced world of schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and problem-solving — all while keeping projects moving forward with precision and accountability. From drafting contracts and managing procurement to mentoring teams and driving execution, she’s the kind of teammate who keeps both people and projects on track (and probably already has the follow-up email drafted before the meeting ends).

Before joining Buffalo, Kathryn has built a diverse background across construction management, operations, and administrative leadership. She also proudly served in the U.S. Army as a Patient Administration Specialist, where she developed the discipline, organization, and sense of urgency that still show up in her work today. Around here, Kathryn is known for being proactive, process-driven, and someone who can spot a potential issue before most people have finished their coffee.

Outside of work, Kathryn’s dream destination is Reykjavik, Iceland — which honestly makes sense for someone cool under pressure. She’s originally from Fennville, Michigan (home of a lavender farm with more than 1,000 plants), loves teal and pink, and if given the choice of any superpower, she’d pick teleportation — a skill every Project Manager has probably wished for at least once during a site walk. And if you happen to catch her late at night, there’s a good chance a bowl of Reese’s Puffs cereal is involved.
