A proud Louisville native (and local coffee connoisseur), Kayla joined Buffalo fresh out of Bellarmine University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a perfect 4.0 GPA and a dual focus in Human Resources and Sociology. She brings that same top-tier energy to Buffalo’s culture, championing engagement and connection with a side of her famous oatmeal cookies—baking skills that mightrival her spreadsheet ones.

From organizing professional development workshops to coordinating 360° feedback like a pro, Kayla’s knack for keeping People processes running smooth is matched only by her sense of humor and commitment to the team. Outside the office, you can find her gaming, crocheting (jury's still out on the results), or making coffee runs in true Fast & Furious fashion—just ask about her first car.
