Michael Mcclarty
Project Superintendent
Michael McClarty brings nearly two decades of construction leadership experience to Buffalo Construction as a Project Superintendent, with a background that spans restaurants, retail, office buildings, warehouses, and hospitality projects across the East Coast. From ground-up restaurant builds for national brands like Raising Cane’s, Panda Express, and Chuy’s to large-scale interior renovations and commercial projects, Michael has built a reputation for keeping projects organized, moving fast, and done right the first time. With a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety, he’s the kind of superintendent who believes “close enough” isn’t actually close enough.
Known for his steady leadership style and strong operational mindset, Michael thrives in fast-paced environments where planning, communication, and execution matter most. Whether he’s coordinating subcontractors, reviewing blueprints, or navigating project schedules across multiple locations, he brings a disciplined, solutions-focused approach that aligns perfectly with Buffalo’s commitment to continuous improvement and building relationships where people and projects thrive. His experience in restaurant construction also makes him right at home with Buffalo’s roots — though we’re pretty sure he could manage a project blindfolded with a Procore login and a good set of plans.
Outside of work, Michael proudly reps his Manchester, New Hampshire roots — also known as the “Chicken Tender Capital of the World,” which honestly feels very on-brand for construction people everywhere. He’s a loyal fan of the New England Patriots and Washington Capitals, dreams of one day exploring Egypt, and believes Corn Pops cereal is the elite late-night snack choice. And if given the chance at any superpower? Michael would skip flying or invisibility and go straight for controlling time like Dr. Strange… which would definitely come in handy when managing construction schedules.
