Michael brings a strong foundation in construction management and engineering to his role as Project Engineer, backed by years of hands-on experience across commercial and industrial projects. With a background that spans from field leadership to quality management, he understands projects from the ground up and takes pride in delivering work that meets the highest standards. Known for his attention to detail and ability to solve complex challenges, Michael approaches every project with a practical mindset and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Outside of work, Michael is a builder at heart. He owns and operates Rugged Timber Ranch, a legacy project he’s creating for his family, and is known as someone who can fix just about anything. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his young daughter Natalie and traveling with his dog Phoenix, who’s often right by his side wherever the job takes him.
