With a background spanning accounting, collections, customer service, and project coordination, Olivia has built a reputation for keeping things organized, accurate, and moving forward — all while making the process easier for everyone around her. From managing millions in accounts receivable and supporting cross-functional teams to diving into spreadsheets loaded with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, she thrives behind the scenes helping projects and people stay on track.

Before joining Buffalo, Olivia gained experience across industries including packaging, healthcare, and customer service, developing a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and process improvement. Her calm, dependable nature and collaborative spirit fit perfectly within Buffalo’s family-like culture and commitment to building relationships where both people and projects thrive. Around here, we appreciate teammates who can keep the details in line without breaking a sweat — and Olivia does exactly that with a steady hand and a positive attitude.

Outside of work, Olivia proudly calls Taylorsville, Kentucky home and cheers on both the Louisville

Cardinals and Cincinnati Bengals. If she could pick any superpower, she’d choose flight — which honestly makes sense considering how quickly she keeps tasks moving. She’s also a firm believer that Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies qualify as a top-tier late-night snack and dreams of one day relaxing on the beaches of Turks and Caicos. Until then, she’s bringing sunshine, teamwork, and thoughtful support to the Buffalo team every day.
