Randall Hendricks brings more than 35 years of construction experience to Buffalo Construction, including decades of leadership as a Project Superintendent across commercial, residential, governmental, and fuel projects. Known for his steady, detail-oriented approach and deep technical expertise, Randall has built everything from restaurants and convenience stores to large-scale remodels and custom estates. Whether he’s coordinating a ground-up Wawa, leading a high-end custom renovation, or navigating the moving parts of a fast-paced restaurant build, Randall is the kind of superintendent who believes preparation, communication, and follow-through matter just as much as the final product.

Throughout his career, Randall has earned a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and producing quality work the right way — something reflected not only in his project history, but also in the glowing recommendations he’s received from clients, owners, and industry leaders over the years. With experience spanning brands like Miller’s Ale House, Popeyes, Panda Express, Circle K, McDonald’s, and 7-Eleven, he brings a calm, dependable leadership style to every jobsite. Around Buffalo, Randall is known for being thoughtful, organized, and the type of teammate who can spot a potential issue long before it becomes a problem.

Outside of work, Randall is originally from Brooksville, Florida — home of the famous Weeki

Wachee Springs mermaid shows that have been entertaining crowds since 1947. He’s a fan of Kentucky Wildcats athletics and Florida sports teams, dreams of visiting Alaska someday, and if given the choice of any superpower, he’d choose time travel (which honestly sounds pretty useful when scheduling meetings). His go-to late-night snack? Green grapes — proving that even seasoned superintendents can keep things refreshingly simple.
