Rob brings a boots-on-the-ground perspective to his role as Safety Specialist, having started his career in the field before transitioning into safety. That firsthand experience gives him a unique ability to connect with crews, anticipate risks, and implement practical solutions that keep jobsites running safely and efficiently. He’s passionate about protecting people, building strong safety cultures, and making sure every team member goes home the same way they came in.

Family is at the center of everything for Rob. With one son, two stepchildren, and two grandchildren who mean the world to him, he values time spent with loved ones above all else. A big sports fan, you’ll find him cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and the Louisville Cardinals, and if you look closely, you might notice he bears a striking resemblance to Jeremy Renner—something people don’t hesitate to point out. One day, he hopes to check off a bucket list item: attending the Isle of Man motorcycle race in person.
