Buffalo Builders Construction Field Manager

Thomas is an experienced construction professional who serves as our Buffalo Builders Construction Field Manager, overseeing all of our self-performing construction crews out in the field. With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, including owning his own company for 10 years, and holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State, Thomas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. His leadership and hands-on approach ensure that Buffalo’s projects run smoothly from the ground up.

But Thomas is more than just his impressive resume; he's also a man of many talents and passions! A lively character and a natural people person, Thomas truly connects with anyone he interacts with. His compassion and commitment make him a perfect match for the Herd. He’s been happily married to his beautiful wife, Wendy, for 25 years, and together they have three kids—two sons and a daughter. Though his wife’s family is from Louisville, KY (Roman’s hometown!), they met in Houston, TX when they were just 14 years old, and the rest is history!

When Thomas isn’t overseeing field operations or cheering on his Mississippi State Bulldogs, you might find him indulging in his biggest vice—chocolate chip cookies! He also spends a lot of time restoring his 130-year-old farmhouse in Crestwood. We’re lucky to have Thomas leading our crews in the field, and we can’t wait to see the continued success he’ll bring to our projects.
