Role Expectations

Your Role with The Herd

As a Traveling Superintendent with Buffalo Construction, you will own the job site from the ground up.

  • Lead every phase of construction from groundbreaking through an on-time, Buffalo Ready turnover.
  • Drive the schedule and hold subcontractors accountable to project milestones.
  • Inspect daily work to maintain quality standards across every phase of the build.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to keep the job moving.
  • Identify and solve technical problems before they impact the schedule.
  • Ensure job site safety and compliance on every project.
  • Communicate project status clearly and proactively with project team
  • Represent Buffalo Construction on-site with professionalism, ownership, and integrity.
