Role Expectations
Your Role with The Herd
As a Traveling Superintendent with Buffalo Construction, you will own the job site from the ground up.
- Lead every phase of construction from groundbreaking through an on-time, Buffalo Ready turnover.
- Drive the schedule and hold subcontractors accountable to project milestones.
- Inspect daily work to maintain quality standards across every phase of the build.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to keep the job moving.
- Identify and solve technical problems before they impact the schedule.
- Ensure job site safety and compliance on every project.
- Communicate project status clearly and proactively with project team
- Represent Buffalo Construction on-site with professionalism, ownership, and integrity.
