Summary of Construction
Yard House has a special place in our heart. The place offers over 4,000 gallons of beer on tap. So, maybe it’s more our gut, than our heart. Either way, this place is cool. Focusing on the craft beer revolution, Yard House brings quality brews and unique food to the market. The kitchen whips up over 100 items from scratch every day. That’s right, from scratch.
With that kind of demand on the kitchen, it was critical we do our job to perfection. The restaurant can seat nearly 400 people, so the volume of food produced here is just incredible. We worked with over 30 vendor partners from 10 states to get this job done just right.
To build this 14,000 square foot space, our team started with a pad-ready site. We worked with exposed cast concrete structure and a metal stud frame. Once the interior was pretty far along, we installed an extremely elaborate chilled beer chase system, with a mezzanine to display the beer coolers and the elevator. At the end of the day, we gotta say, we built a beer mecca.
This was the first yard House in the state of Florida, and looking at the job well done, we’re optimistic it won’t be our last. Don’t take our word for it though. Just ask Mark.
“Their people are very, very professional. That’s one reason why they’re my number one General Contractor. Their follow up and their professionalism is over the top. A lot of contractors don’t look out for the owner’s best interest – Buffalo does. It makes my job very easy.”
