Punch Bowl Social
Hospitality | Restaurant
The Herd loves the challenge of an unconventional project, so when Punch Bowl Social said they wanted to convert a historic boxing venue into their popular restaurant and social entertainment concept, we were more than ready to step into the ring. The PBS team aptly chose the San Diego Coliseum in the East Village for their 14th location, where the likes of Jimmy McLarnin, James J. Braddock, Archie Moore and other boxing legends of the 1920s traded punches.

Love's Hospitality - Holid…
Hospitality
Our second hotel project with this client partner (the first was Fairfield Inn), and they say to us…”Best Turnover that Love’s has had on a hotel to date.” We will take this accolade, and we will ‘roam’ with it. The Herd is truly lucky to be a part of this hotel build at the base of the Rocky Mountains, especially since we got to enjoy the scenery while we were hard at work…seriously amazing, you should check it out for yourself!

Waterside District
Hospitality | Restaurant
The Herd was stoked to partner with The Cordish Companies to revitalize a historic area of Norfolk’s waterfront. In its former glory, known as Waterside Festival Marketplace, the venue offered dining, retail and nightlife options to the nearby community but was missing a little ‘Herd Appeal’.

Love's Hospitality - Fairfi…
Hospitality
It is always a good day when you can meet and exceed the expectations of your client partners, in this case Love’s Hospitality and Marriott. Working in a remote market over an hour east of Dallas, we knew we had a tough task ahead of us. This Herd took the bull by the horns and got ahead of each and every challenge we could foresee.

Hurstbourne Country Club
Hospitality
Normally we'd never want to say our work was "sub par," but in this case, it seems to fit, because we shot well below par on this build at the Hurstbourne Country Club. This historic clubhouse was built in 1928, and was in need of some updates and extra space to keep up with today’s expectations.
